Seminole Towne Center
Seminole Towne Center is an enclosed 1.2 million square foot regional shopping mall located just north of Lake Mary in Sanford. The mall is anchored by Dillards, Macy's, JC Penney, Sears, Burlington Coat Factory, and Dick's Sporting Goods and is operated by Simon Property Group. There are five full service restaurants on the property, including Olive Garden, 
Red Lobster, and Hooter's, in addition to a food court. A United Artist Theatre is also on site. The mall also features American Eagle Outfitters, Bath and Body Works, and H&M. Numerous retail centers, big-box stores, and restaurants have populated the area around the mall, leaving shoppers with almost all the options.
