Mayfair is a semi-private golf club located just north of Lake Mary in Sanford. It was designed by Donald Ross and first
opened in 1922. Mayfair once played host to PGA tournaments and hosted such greats as Gene Sarazen, Walter Hagen, Sam Snead, Ben Hogan, and Arnold Palmer. While short from a yardage standpoint, the course has a lot natural beauty and is dotted with massive oaks loaded with Spanish moss. Many local scratch golfers play Mayfair several times a week and the course is enjoyed by local duffers as well. Mayfair also features a full restaurant and bar with banquet facilities.

Due to frequent work relocations, we have worked with a significant number of realtors as both buyers and sellers in widely varying markets. Many realtors did a good job for us. One, however, clearly distinguished himself as being in a complete league of his own. That person was Doug Packard.
