Park Place At Heathrow
Park Place at Heathrow is a mixed use development consisting of 70,000 of retail/restaurant space, a full-service Marriott Hotel, and two mid-rise office buildings. Park Place is home to Fishbones, a popular high-end seafood and steak restaurant, as well as Applebee's, Moe's Southwest Grill, TerraMia, Friendly Confines Sports Bar, and First National Bank. It is located at the north end of Colonial Center - Heathrow on SR 46A, across the street from Colonial Town Center, and just a minute or so from the back entrance gate of Heathrow.
