The Cross Seminole Trail is a paved recreational trail for bicylists, pedistrians, roller bladers, and equestrians located in Seminole County and stretching 23 miles through Oviedo, Winter Springs, and Lake Mary. The trail begins where it intersects with the Cady Way Trail at the intersection of Aloma and Howell Branch Road and runs north and west were it ends at it's intersection with the Seminole-Wekiva Trail at I-4 in Lake Mary.
Parks along the way include Central Winds Park in Winter Springs, Big Tree Park in Longwood, Spring Hammock Preserve in Winter Springs, and Greenwood Lakes Park in Lake Mary. The trail was built on the railroad bed of the old Sanford and Indian River Railroad between Oviedo and Sanford. A portion has been designated as part of the Florida National Scenic Trail.
