A longtime local landmark, the Town House Restaurant is an old-fashioned diner now located (recently relocated due to road reconfiguration) on S.R. 434, just north of the intersection with S.R. 419 in Oviedo. The Town House was recognized as having the best breakfast in the Orlando area by Orlando Magazine. While well-known for its excellent home-style fare, it has also been a popular meeting place through the years. Many a citrus deal was put together at the back tables of the Town House. Plan on waiting if you're going for breakfast, particularly on the weekends. The restaurant sits at the end of the Cross-Seminole Trail, making it a popular destination for cyclists and hikers too.
