Doug's Insight: Beautiful land. On a ridge, so lots are sandy, high, and dry. You don't see the homes from the roads of Seminole Woods, as each property is required to maintain a wooded buffer. Great neighborhood for those that want private, country life, but the security and amenities of a gated, planned community. Using back entrance can have you in Lake Mary in 20 minutes.
