Not exactly breaking news here, but The Fresh Market and Ross Dress For Less are building stores in the space formerly occupied by Albertson’s at Lake Mary Centre.  Also, planned for the former Cafe Positanno space is a Jimmy Hula’s Fish Tacos, although there doesn’t appear to be any construction under way.  A Woody’s Express BBQ is currently  under contruction at 3801 Lake Mary Blvd.  Stay tuned for updates for these and other items affecting Lake Mary and Orlando real estate.
