Seminole County Lands 5 Schools in Top 10

There is more good news for Seminole County homeowners. The school rating website niche.com has released its list of the top 100 public elementary schools in the state of Florida. Seminole County, long recognized for having one of the best school systems in the state, had a state-high five schools in the top ten and eleven schools in the top 25.

Rankings were based on teacher quality, state test scores, student diversity, student-teacher ratio, and overall quality of the district.

Seminole County elementary schools making the top 25 were:

 7. Lawton Elementary - Oviedo

 8. Sabal Point Elementary - Longwood

 9. Partin Elementary - Oviedo

11. Choices in Learning - Winter Springs

12. Wekiva Elementary - Longwood

15. Evans Elementary - Oviedo

16. Crystal Lake Elementary - Lake Mary

20. Wilson Elementary - Sanford

25. Walker Elementary - Oviedo/Chuluota
