Derby Park

Sanford Derby ParkHome to the Central Florida Soap Box Derby held every May, Derby Park is a public park operated by the city of Sanford. The park is located on Oregon Avenue, between S.R. 46A and Rinehart Road.  While the derby course is not for public use, the park does have a playground, beach volleyball court, two pavilions, restrooms, barbecue grills, fitness area, and playground equipment for both younger and older kids.
