Just northeast of downtown Orlando, Winter Park is home to some of the area's finest homes. Residents are attracted by the charm of the oak-lined brick streets, the chain of lakes, the fabulous shopping at downtown specialty shops and boutiques on Park Avenue, and the numerous art and antique galleries.

Winter Park also boasts the best public schools in Orange County and is home to Rollins College, a small liberal arts school consistently ranked as one of "America's Best Colleges" by U.S. News and World Report. Most neighborhoods are well established and older modest homes are frequently razed and replaced with stately residences.
