The subdivision was started by Cambridge and Masterpiece Homes and was later taken over by Meritage Homes. Residents enjoy a community playground and gazebo as well as an electronic entry gate.

Doug's Insight: Convenient to eastern employment centers and Greeneway (417). Great schools. Elementary school in Geneva is not really close. Area has a country feel to it, even though you're not that far out. Can seem a little cookie-cutter because of the size of the Meritage footprints on relatively small lots.
