How To Use The Orlando MLS
- Click the link above to enter the MLS
- Choose your search criteria by selecting a Florida County to search.
- On the next page choose the towns that you wish to search. By holding down the CTRL key and clicking with your mouse, you may select more than one town. By clicking one of the tabs in the upper right hand corner, you may also search the Orlando MLS by street address, MLS number, or zip code.
- On the next page, choose the type of listing that you are looking for. By clicking on the "Refine your search button" you may narrow down your choices by price range, subdivision, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, property features, and other select criteria.
Property Specific Information
- Click on the property photo, MLS number, or "view details" button for more information on a specific property.
- You have the option to both compare homes and save your property searches.
