Doug’s Insight: Truly one of the Orlando areas finest and most well-planned communities. Good job of preserving the natural beauty and rolling topography. Many families buying here because of the amenity package and excellent school system. Despite the smaller lots, the developer has made an effort at green space around each home. Just down the street from Alaqua, but higher and dryer. Also on county sewer rather than septic.
