Doug’s Insight: This is a subdivision you're unlikely to stumble upon unless you're looking for it. Despite its close-in location, it has a secluded country feel and a nice canopy of oak trees. Very good schools. Homeowner's association dues are a little steep for some of the lower priced homes but it does provide a nice amenity package.
