If you want to work with someone who is low key yet is highly intelligent and intuitive, has amazing attention to detail, excellent follow-through skills, obvious integrity, strong common sense, professionalism, a willingness to use his in-depth knowledge of the area to really be an asset, and who will be honest and direct (always with your best interests at heart), call Doug.  And, if you're lucky enough to get to meet his wife, Becky, somewhere along the way, count that as a plus.
