Located off SR 46 west of Sanford and I-4, Sylvan Lake Reserve is a 215 home Centex-built subdivision ranging from $450,000 to over $1.5M. Homes on Lake Sylvan were sold off and built by custom builders rather than Centex. Convenient to I-4, Seminole Town Centre, and Lake Mary business parks.

Doug’s Insight: Nice, rare combination of large wooded lots and newer homes. Land is high and dry too. There are homes in the subdivision on Lake Sylvan but there is no access for residents. The high school is not the most sought-after but is improving with IB and magnet programs.
