Located off Longwood/Markham Road west of I-4 in Sanford, Markham Estates is a gated community with 30 one acre lots with custom homes ranging from $700,000 to $1,000,000. Convenient to I-4, Colonial Town Park, Lake Mary office parks, and Seminole Town Center.

Doug’s Insight: Not a lot of frills community-wise. Just nice custom homes on large nicely wooded lots. Schools are all A-rated, with high school home of IB and magnet programs. Still not the most sought-after high school.
