Located off Alafaya Trail S.R. 434 on the south side of Oviedo, Remington Park is a 230 home subdivision with homes ranging in price from $350,000 to $575,000. Originally started as a custom home neighborhood, it was later finished by Ryland and Lennar Homes. Residents enjoy a lakefront park with fishing, basketball, playground and tennis. Very close to UCF, Research Park, and Siemens-Westinghouse.

Doug’s Insight: Most lots are nicely wooded and the neighborhood has a mature feel. Schools are very good. Turning left on Alafaya leaving the neighborhood can be difficult during rush hour.
