Doug’s Insight: Good schools and larger lots. Middle school in kind of a seedy area but has good test scores and draws from nice areas. Lots of square footage for the money but finish level is very average. One power line running through the property and another power company plans to put one along Chapman Road. Lots in very back back up to Iron Bridge sewage treatment plant. Very convenient to Greeneway and northeast employment centers.
