Doug’s Insight: Good schools but they're not real close. Cardinal Glen was built on environmentally sensitive land close to the Econlockhatchee River. Iron Bridge sewage treatment plant is just across the river. Several nice greenbelt lots and homes are very nice. Not something you would happen upon without looking for it.
