Doug’s Insight: Great schools and good location. Nice large lots and stately homes of varying architecture with very established feel. Many of the older homes could use some updating. Best described as "understatedly elegant". Check drainage on lots located toward the back of the subdivision as some are low as the property approaches the Wekiva River and the subdivision is on septic.
