Doug’s Insight: Nicely wooded and lushly landscaped. Good schools and elementary school is in the community. Country club is semi-private and very reasonable. Elementary and middle schools are very good. High school is OK and not the closest to the community. Highly sought-after community because of the amenities and the school system. Be aware there are a number of multi-family complexes in Sabal Point, as well as an adult congregate living facility.
