Located off Longwood Hills Road in Longwood, Hidden Oak Estates is a 100 lot Centex built subdivision with homes ranging from $275,000 to $375,000. Convenient to I-4, Longwood, and Altamonte Springs, and Lake Mary and Heathrow business parks.

Doug’s Insight: Good schools and tucked away location. Woodlands Elementary is closer but kids go to Longwood. Somewhat undervalued. Nicely wooded with relatively newer homes. Years ago, there were issues with septic systems and connectors for polybutylene piping but most of these have been resolved with Centex.
