Doug’s Insight: Beautiful lots and homes but elegantly understated. Many lots are on filled in swampland but community is on public sewer, so it poses less of a problem. The high school is not the most sought-after, but it is improving with IB and magnet programs. Residents enjoy neighboring wildlife including deer, wild turkeys, and black bears.
