Doug will list your property on the Multiple Listing Service and provide his full menu of marketing services.

Doug will assist you in finding a buyer by providing four color brochures, a professionally produced "web commercial", virtual tours, and his full array of internet marketing services. If at any time you find a potential buyer for your home through work or personal contact, Doug will pay you the portion of the commission that would normally be paid to the buyer's agent, saving you half of the total commission.
